Jo-Ann Vis is Vice President of Human Resources at Software Improvement Group, where she is responsible for leading the company's global human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, cultural development, employee education and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology and employee relations.
In her role, Jo-Ann has overseen efforts that have resulted in more effective and streamlined talent acquisition methods to support employer branding; a redesigned retirement program; global HR terms and conditions; and enhanced methods of career development for employees.
Before joining SIG, Jo-Ann served as Global Human Resources Director for BlueCielo as well as Vice President of Human Resources for Nasdaq BWise.
