The needs of the Enterprise Architects – conclusions based on 40 interviews

Everyone in the IT industry knows about enterprise architects, but what does this role actually entail? Do these people sit in their ivory tower all day, drafting draconian policies? As you can probably tell, the real answer is a lot more nuanced. In this session, we’ll talk about what we learned after interviewing 40 enterprise architects: what are their top concerns, what do they see as their challenges, what are they most proud of, and how do they stay up to date.

  Facilitating and tracking shared quality objectives between architects and developers in Sigrid.

  Using Sigrid to facilitate decision-making on software modernization, based on the expected return-on-investment.
