Agenda

12.00-13.00: Welcome & Lunch

We are happy to welcome you from 12 PM. There will be some drinks and lunch bites prepared for everyone to start our afternoon together.

13.00-13.45: Looking Back – From Feedback to Feature

In March this year, you told us what you needed. Today, we're showing you what we built.

In this session, Maxim Janssen (Guidance Consultant at SIG) will walk you through the outcomes of your feedback.

13.45-14.15: Customer case presentation

More details about this session coming soon.

14.15-14.45: Break

Enjoy drinks and a short break.

14.45-15.15: Looking Forward – The Next Chapter

What's next for Sigrid? Led by Dennis Bijlsma (Head of Product at SIG) we'll explore the roadmap focused on what development teams told us matters most:

  • Finding Prioritization – Stop treating all findings equally. We're giving you the tools to focus on what actually matters to your business and your team.
  • Resolving Findings with AI – MCP is evolving. See how AI can help you not just find problems, but fix them faster.
  • Rule Management Across Teams – Keep consistency while giving teams autonomy. Manage rules at scale without creating friction.
  • Bring Your Own Rules – Tailor Sigrid to your unique needs with custom rule capabilities.
15.15-16.30: Breakout sessions

You'll choose your breakout session on the day. Each session combines product deep dives with practical workflows and covers how AI and automation fit into the bigger picture.

Note: AI isn't separate from these topics—it's built into how modern development teams work. You'll see it woven throughout each session.

  • Architecture advice: Sigrid helps you to keep track of your architecture. But architecture can be pretty abstract, so how do you translate that back into concrete actions that development teams can use during their daily process?
Host: Dennis Bijlsma, Head of Product
  • Finding management: You want your teams to have autonomy and take ownership for managing their own systems. But you also want to avoid every team reinventing the wheel. How do you balance this when you have multiple teams?
    Host: Cheer Ding, UX Specialist
  • Guardrails: People using various degrees of AI means more code, which is great. But it also means more variety in what that code looks like, which increases the burden on reviewers. How should this look from a development process perspective? Which parts should you catch during development versus during review?
Host: Floris van Leeuwen, Software Quality Consultant
  • Mendix: Learn about upcoming QSM features and integrations that will help you for Mendix development.
    Host: Maxim Janssen, Guidance Consultant

At the end we'll come together to summarize the key points and share thoughts and learnings of each group.

16.30-17.00: Networking and drinks

We'll wrap up with time to connect with the SIG team and fellow users. Share what you learned, exchange ideas, and network with peers.
