Joep Mertens is Sales Director of the Commercial Enterprises vertical in the Benelux at Software Improvement Group. In this role, he gives direction to a team of experienced account executives to best address customers' complex IT-related issues. The account executives in his team are responsible for serving client organizations in the Telecom, Energy, Logistics, Retail, and Manufacturing and Industry sectors.
Prior to SIG, Joep gained experience helping enterprises overcome IT-related challenges and gain greater control over risks, costs and security. He is passionate about getting software right.
Joep holds a master's degree in communications and information sciences from Tilburg University.
