We are all facing unprecedented challenges right now as we manage through the effects of COVID-19. At Software Improvement Group (SIG), it has always been our mission to create a healthier digital world. As the pandemic continues to impact our global communities, this mission has taken on a new meaning for our company.

At SIG, we are taking a number of sensible new measures to protect the safety and well-being of our employees, our clients and our partners worldwide. Their health and security is our top priority. SIG will continue to remain fully operational, while our employees have transitioned to working from their secure home offices and are holding meetings virtually whenever possible. In doing so, we are fully committed to maintaining our business operations, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service they’ve come to expect from SIG, without disruption, and at the security level they require.

Our Health, Security and Business Continuity Committee is up-and-running and closely monitoring the developing situation around COVID-19. This Committee will carefully consider new guidelines from national governments and field incoming questions from our employees as well as our clients. Furthermore, this Committee will initiate new actions and/or measures when required by the circumstances.

Hopefully this informs you of how we are responding during this challenging and uncertain time – and how we are working to keep our employees, clients and partners as safe as we possibly can.
